Before clicking on the link below you should check a couple of setting in your browser.
First - Start Internet Explorer
Second - Click on Tools in the top menu and select Internet Options
Third - Click on the Security Tab, with Internet selected click on Custom Level
Forth - Make Sure all the ActiveX are set to Prompt or Enable
Last - Click OK a couple of times to close all the boxes and your done.
